When purchasing from a local coffee shop or roaster, ask for coffee ground to a fine grind.
Alternatively, you can grab one of our delicious packs of Bespoke Blend - Espresso Pod Grind, ground specifically for use with reusable capsules and pods which are compatible with Dolce Gusto coffee machines, except Infinissssima.

Reusable capsules are slightly shorter than single-use ones to prevent damage to the blade plate. They fit perfectly and won't harm the machine when used correctly.
WayCap capsules use a reusable lid held by the machine without piercing. Bluecup and Sealpod capsules have pierce-able lids, just like regular disposable pods, and are recyclable or compostable.
Dispatches occur daily. All orders completed before 11am (NZST) will be processed and shipped the same dispatch day.
All orders made after 11am (NZST), will be processed and dispatched the following dispatch day.
In the case of a public holiday or post hub closures falling on a regular dispatch day, orders will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
