What is Descaling?

Descaling is the process of removing calcium and lime deposits from your machine’s internal surfaces. These deposits can build up over time, reducing the pump’s efficiency. Descaling helps maintain the correct pressure to create a rich crema atop your coffee, enhancing both taste and presentation.

What is Cleaning?
Cleaning your coffee machine, involves removing old coffee residues, oils, and bitter tannins that accumulate in the brewing chamber and nozzle.

How Often Should You Clean and Descale?

Clean once a week to remove coffee oils and grime 

Descale every three months to maintain optimal pump function and water flow.

Dispatches occur daily. All orders completed before 11am (NZST) will be processed and shipped the same dispatch day.

All orders made after 11am (NZST), will be processed and dispatched the following dispatch day.

In the case of a public holiday or post hub closures falling on a regular dispatch day, orders will be processed and dispatched on the following business day.
